LOUISIANA BOARD SUITABILITY

• ​You and your business must have all taxes paid and current

• Your establishment must have a state alcohol permit if a permit is available 

• Your lease, state alcohol permit and application must all be under the same business entity

• Alcohol permit information​​

  • ​If an applicant is applying as an individual they must be a Louisiana resident.  If an applicant is applying as a corporation they can be from out of state but must be organized appropriately under Louisiana law.  We can help with this.

• You must have an alcohol permit if one is available (this is not a requirement in dry parishes)
